Abstract

The objective of this article explored how social media affects library involvement specifically through better access provision alongside exposure improvements for studies and digital literacy support. The research evaluated the strategic role of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram by libraries in boosting user participation and allowing resource sharing and interactive student environments. Through social media libraries distribute up-to-the-minute updates while showcasing their digital resources to establish better relationships with their users. The modification of services through user feedback enables this approach to create a collaborative and user-centric management system which benefits library operations. Social media delivers enhanced outreach for libraries because it allows users to obtain resources through means that surpass traditional physical facilities. Social media operates as a transformative technology which modern libraries need to adopt for relevance and effective community service delivery in the present-day digital environment.
