Abstract
In the title mol-ecule, C15H12BrClN2O2, the mean planes of the coplanar 4-chloro-phenyl and methyl-enehydrazide groups are twisted from that of the 2-bromo-5-methoxy-phenyl group by 52.3 (2)°. Crystal packing is stabilized by inter-molecular N - H⋯O hydrogen bonds between a hydrazide H atom and the carbonyl O atom, which link the mol-ecules into anti-parallel ribbons along the b axis of the unit cell. © International Union of Crystallography 2007.
