Abstract

The design aspects of automotive hybrids are discussed in general and illustrated by two specific examples, a thick film module used in the electronic fuel injection controller and a solid state ignition module. The environmental test conditions for the automotive environment are summarized, and it is shown how these conditions influence the hybrid design. © 1983, Gordon and Breach Science Publishers, Inc.
