Abstract
The article analyzes the existing definitions of legal policy in the economic sphere and based on their own definition is given, investigated the essential features of the legal policy in the economic sphere of modern Ukraine, revealed the circle of subjects, implementing a legal policy in the economic sphere. Also, the factors which influence the legal policy of Ukraine in the economic sphere were found out and analyzed by the authors, and also the contents of the problems and contradictions arising on their basis were revealed. The authors proposed the priority directions of the legal policy of Ukraine in the economic sphere in the future.
