Abstract

Reciprocal peer reviews empower students to master computer science concepts. This industry practice employs peer-to-peer communication within an egoless team structure. As pedagogy, reviews provide a human-interaction laboratory setting where students: hone teamwork and communication skills, master the peer review process, and learn to learn from each other. © 1994, ACM.
