Abstract
The purpose of this research was to examine self regulation and anxiety as predictors of procrastination in college students. This research is a correlational quantitative research. The sample used was 100 subjects. Data was collected using the procrastination scale, self regulation scale and anxiety scale which have been proven valid and reliable. This study uses multiple linear analysis techniques. The test results show that there is a partial effect between the procrastination variable and self-regulation as well as the effect of the procrastination variable on anxiety. Simultaneous test results show that there is an effect of procrastination variables on selfregulation and anxiety. Great influence simultaneously by 29%. Thus the existence of this research can add information about the effect of self-regulation and anxiety on procrastination.
