Abstract

One of the most important aspects of learning thehaditsis the fiqhulhadits; a study which is related to meaning exploration and the principles that are contained in the texts of hadits or Sunnah. There ishandful of rejection of a hadits that are caused by the difficulty in understanding the meaning textually form thehaditsitself. Conversely, there are some cases where the wrong conclusion of theprinciple ofistinbat found from the messiness of methodology in understanding the hadits. We can agree on a statement that said the hadits of the prophet Sunnah will be able to apply in every space and time, but that cannot be stigmatized by a wrong methodology in interpreting so that the haditscan be a solution
