Abstract

The article discusses some recommendations that will help organizations develop and implement their own methodologies for assessing the effectiveness of quality management systems, and suggests a method for determining the effectiveness of processes. The main tasks of evaluating the effectiveness of the quality management systems are formulated. Considered the choice of criteria for their significance.
