Abstract

To make full use of large amount of data generated during NC manufacturing process, and to solve the problems such as low information sharing rate among equipment, low general applicability of accessing production process data and poor real-time data analysis ability, the real-time monitoring and optimization technology framework of CNC machining line based on big data was studied. Based on the analysis of characteristics and application requirements of large-scale numerical control machining production data, a large-scale data acquisition and analysis platform solution was established for numerical control processing production lines. The key technologies involved in technical system such as open CNC system integration, mass multi-source heterogeneous manufacturing data preprocessing, multi-dimensional view intelligence analysis and evaluation, feature based information fusion and knowledge mining and data driven production operation analysis and optimization were discussed in detail. The proposed technical system would provide important referential value for manufacturing industry to realize the smart factory.
