The issues raised in this study are: to find out, explain and analyze the effect of Competence, Work Environment, and Career Development on Job Satisfaction and Its Implications on Employee Performance at PT. Sukses Abadi Karya Inti. A population of 125 is then taken The sample is saturated because all populations are sampled, that is 125 respondents. From the results of this study namely: Competence gives the smallest influence on Job Satisfaction 0.094 which is 9.4%. The Work Environment gives the second biggest influence on Job Satisfaction 0.148 which is 14.8%. Career Development gives the highest influence on Job Satisfaction 0.322 which is equal to 32.2%. The total simultaneous influence of Competence, Work Environment and Career Development on Job Satisfaction is 0.565 which is 56.5%, while the remaining 0.435 or 43.5% is the influence of other variables (ɛ) not examined at PT. Sukses Abadi Karya Inti.The direct effect of competence on employee performance is 0.227 which is 22.7%. the direct influence of the work environment on 0.051 employee performance that is equal to 5.1%. the direct effect of career development through job satisfaction on 0.070 employee performance that is equal to 7.0%. Job Satisfaction of Employee Performance is 0.128² which means 2.0%. the indirect effect of Competence through job satisfaction on employee performance is 0.010 which is equal to 1%. the direct influence of the work environment on 0.051 employee performance that is equal to 5.1%. the indirect effect of career development through job satisfaction on employee performance 0.016.
