This study aims to analyze the effect of age, education, wage level, skills, and gender on the length of time looking for work for educated workers in Jambi City. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires and direct interviews with a total sample of 110. Sampling using a multistage sampling method. The analysis tool uses OLS regression. The results showed that the independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the length of time looking for work. Partially, the variables of age, education, and wage level have a significant effect on the length of time looking for work, while the variables of skill and gender have no significant effect on the length of time looking for work.
