Abstract

Eric Berne's transactional analysis can help to decifer interhuman relationships, for instance the relationship between Doctor and Patient. The first chapter explains the split of personality in three different states which are at various degrees sollicitated during any exchange: adulthood, parenthood, childhood... Further down the transactions are explained (Parallel, Crossed, Hidden) then the non-adapted emotional reactions, the strokes.
