Terapi Latihan Mendukung Optimalisasi Kondisi Fisik Penderita Sindrom Obstruksi Paska Tuberkulosis : Case Report Di Rs Khusus Paru Respira Bantul

Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang : Sindrom Obstruksi Paska Tuberkulosis merupakan suatu gejala sisa yangberupa gangguan faal paru dengan kelainan obstruksif yang memiliki gambaran klinis miripdengan Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronik (PPOK). Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapilatihan untuk mendukung kondisi pasien SOPT. Hasil : Setelah dilakukan terapi sebanyak 6 kalididapatkan hasil penilaian sesak napas T0: 3 menjadi T6: 1, peningkatan ekspansi sangkar torakspada axilla T0: 3 cm menjadi T6: 4 cm, pada ICS 4 T0: 2 cm menjadi T6: 3 cm, pada proccesusxyphoideus T0: 2 cm menjadi T6: 3 cm dan peningkatan toleransi aktivitas T0: 18 menjadi T6:15.
