PENGARUH MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN DAN SISA HASIL USAHA TERHADAP TINGKAT KESEJAHTERAAN ANGGOTA KOPERASI KUD MINA “MISOYO MAKMUR” DESA ASEMDOYONG PEMALANG

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the influence of financial management and the remaining business results (SHU) on the welfare of KUD Mina member "Misoyo Makmur". This study aims to determine the influence of financial management and the remaining business results (SHU) on the welfare of members in the MUD KUD "Misoyo Makmur" Asemdoyong Village, Taman District, Pemalang Regency. The population in this study were 197 members of the KUD Mina Misoyo Makmur Asemdoyong Village. This research uses a quantitative research method with a sampling technique that is a random sample using the issac missail formula 114 sample results, data collection using observation, questionnaires and documentation. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire in the form of a statement of 10 question items for each variable that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using multiple linear regression method of variable X1 Y = 16,324 + 0,333X1 and the significance value of 0.011; which means 0.011 < 0.05. Thus it can be concluded that financial management has a significant effect on the welfare of members in KUD Mina "Misoyo Makmur" Asemdoyong Village, Taman District, Pemalang Regency, which means H1 is accepted. Variable X2 Y = 16,324 + 0,253X2 and a significance value of 0.017; which means 0.017 < 0.05. Thus it can be concluded that the remaining business results (SHU) have a significant effect on the welfare of KUD Mina "Misoyo Makmur" members of Asemdoyong Village, Taman District, Pemalang H2 Regency. Fcount value of 7.651 with a significance of 0.05. Significance value is much smaller than 0.05, that is 0.001 < 0.05, then the research model can be concluded that the coefficient of financial management regression (X1) and the remaining operating results (SHU) (X2) together (simultaneously) affect the welfare of members (Y) KUD Mina "Misoyo Makmur" Asemdoyong Village, Taman District, Pemalang District.
