Abstract

This essay contemplates a theoretical revision about music and its relations with the body on a philosophical, antropological and historical perspective, relatively distanced from the Phyisical Education, but close to the music and the body. The music in Physical Education always showed relation to the dance and gymnastics sphere, in its close relations to the rythm, besides having metodological affinity to games, play and singing. Free from conventions and methodological formalities, this essay objectives to expand the dialogue between researches about music related to Physical Education, trying to understand tensions with another studies and researchers.
