Abstract

Coronary artery anomalies are rare forms of congenital heart diseases. Coronary artery anomaly incidence in a coronary angiography performed population was 1-2%. Different classifications were reported according to origins, courses, endings, and hemodynamic effects of coronary artery anomalies. A coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) is an effective modality for revealing the coronary artery anatomy. In this case report, we discussed CCTA findings of a patient who had a single coronary artery arising from the right sinus of Valsalva.
