O Direito como instrumento contra a opressão feminina

Abstract

Resumo O movimento feminista ampara-se no Direito para extinguir a opressão feminina, contudo a via jurídica contém contradições. Assim, o artigo busca analisar os limites do uso do Direito como um instrumento contra a opressão feminina em uma sociedade de classes. Para tanto, emprega-se o referencial teórico de matriz marxista, o método de abordagem dialético, o método de procedimento histórico e como técnica de pesquisa, a pesquisa bibliográfica.Abstract The feminist movement sustains in the Law to abolish women’s oppression, however the legal way contains contradictions. Therefore, the article pretends to analyze the limits of the use of the Law as an instrument against women’s oppression in class society. For that, it uses the theoretical referential found in a Marxist matrix, the dialectical materialism method, the historical method of procedure and as a research technique the bibliographical research.
