Introduction to the Special Issue on Technology in the Legal and Criminal Justice Systems

Abstract

Given the increased role of technology in many aspects of the legal system, we sought articles that addressed the most up-to-date research highlighting the application of digital technology to the fields of mental health, law, and justice. After describing the impetus and goals for the special issue, this Introduction summarizes the articles included in the special issue.
