Abstract

Three home sleep recordings were conducted in 12 normal subjects using the Oxford Medilog 9000 system with automatic sleep stage analysis (SS90III). Each night was separated by 1 week. No significant differences were noted for any sleep parameter, with the mean intraindividual variation <20% for most parameters. This indicates that sleep patterns are stable over time.
