Abstract
The purpose of this study to determine the character-based curriculum in the educational unit. The approach used is a multi-case study design using the constant comparative method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and study documentation. Analysis using comparative analysis. The results showed that curriculum planning based on the needs of the school, the ability of the foundation, educational expert guidance; organizing based on the internalization of values and ethics, lesson plan, student talents and interests; implementing curriculum school principal, chairman of the foundation, teachers, and students, by the controlling principals, finance by the foundation; factors supporting foundations and donor funds school community, the absence of the inhibiting factors database of alumni and parent responses were slow
