Rancang Bangun Website Pemesanan Paket Wisata Menggunakan Midtrans Pada PT. Suryaning Gantari Nusantara

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based tour package booking information system at PT. Suryaning Gantari Nusantara, integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway to facilitate payment transactions. The company previously encountered challenges in managing bookings and verifying payments manually. The methodology applied is the Waterfall model, starting from requirement analysis, system design using the ICONIX approach, to implementation with the Laravel framework, and testing using black box and user acceptance testing methods. The results show that the system was successfully built with features aligned to user needs, achieving a user satisfaction rate of 93.6%. The system is considered to improve efficiency in managing tour packages and provide convenience for users in the booking and payment process.
