Abstract

Abstrak: permasalahan utama yang terjadi di mitra PGRI Kecamatan Batulanteh yaitu kurangnya minat guru-guru dalam menulis karya tulis ilmiah jenis PTK. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah agar guru-guru memahami dan mampu melakukan PTK serta menuangkannya dalam bentuk karya ilmiah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode hybrid yaitu luring untuk workshop, pelatihan dan sosialisasi serta secara daring untuk pendampingan . Tingkat keberhasilan pengabdian masyarakat diukur dengan intrumen pretest, posttest dan wawancara serta melihat karya tulis ilmiah yang mampu dibuat oleh peserta Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukan ada peningkatan yang cukup signifikan dari kegiatan workshop. Pencapaian kemampuan dan pemahaman guru dari 47% menjadi 75% serta mampu menghasilkan karya tulis ilmiah PTK sebanyak 65 % yaitu sebanyak10 karya tulis.Abstract: The main problem that occurs in PGRI partners in Batulanteh District is the lack of interest of teachers in writing CAR-type scientific papers. The purpose of this community service is for teachers to understand and be able to do CAR and put it in the form of scientific work. This community service activity is carried out using a hybrid method, namely offline for workshops, training and socialization as well as online for mentoring. The level of success of community service is measured by pretest, posttest and interview instruments as well as seeing scientific papers that can be made by participants. The results of community service show that there is a significant increase in workshop activities. The achievement of the ability and understanding of teachers from 47% to 75% and able to produce CAR scientific papers as much as 65%, namely as many as 10 papers.
