Abstract

The educative center is a decisive space for the development, social and personal of the children and adolescents. For people with Upheavals of Deficit of Attention with or without Hyperactivity, the support that the institution can offer to them turns a determining factor for its permanence in the educative system and for the academic profit that this one demand. The same it is possible to be said of the professional person in education that coexists day to day with these people and, without doubt, is significant figure in the development of the socioaffective abilities that requires the childhood and the adolescence. For the population with Deficit of Attention, a informed, sensible, responsible educator with its social paper and jeopardizes with the human development, essential function of the education, is synonymous of academic success, but still more, he is synonymous of personal success. It is to make possible the socioeducative inclusion of populations with special educative necessities and to indeed promote the sensibilization in all the participant scopes in the educative processes: family, community, educational and administrative personnel and the children and adolescents who will form with experiences of values such as the tolerance, justice, participation, respect, understanding and solidarity, among others. If in the educative center, clarity is had on the importance of the inclusive education and the educational personnel looks for the strategies to make it a reality, the children and adolescents with attention deficit will be able, like the rest of their contemporary ones, to live the education like a true process on human development
