Abstract
Sexual violence in educational units is a serious violation that threatens the rights and safety of students. This study aims to analyze legal protection for victims of sexual violence in educational units based on the perspective of legal objectives, namely justice, legal certainty, and benefits. The method used is normative juridical with a literature study of related laws and regulations and policies. The results of the study indicate that legal protection includes guarantees of educational continuity, protection from physical and non-physical threats, confidentiality of victim identities, and access to assistance and recovery. Imposing sanctions on perpetrators is an important instrument to uphold justice and prevent repeated violence. The perspective of legal objectives emphasizes that this protection is preventive, repressive, and restorative in order to create a safe and conducive educational environment for students. The implications of this study encourage the strengthening of the role of educational units and law enforcement officers in handling cases of sexual violence and increasing collective awareness to protect the rights of students.
