Abstract

With the era of knowledge-based economy, the process of "The conversion of knowledge to effective" has become more important in the implementation of the project. Knowledge management emphasizes on innovation and sharing, Knowledge-sharing, in particular the sharing of tacit knowledge is an important component of management. This article is therefore particularly for the tacit knowledge of the free flow and sharing in projects put forward some suggestions.
