Abstract

Comics are collection of arranged pictures to create a story which also aims to deliver informations. Comics themselves are divided into various types, such as Korean Comics (manhwa), Japanese Comics (manga), Western comics and others. The depiction of characters plays an important role in a comic which is usually supported by the depiction of expressions and color tones. Spirit Fingers is a comic from South Korea which has a unique character depiction. Art styles can also influences the readers’ perception, so this study will discuss the influence of the Spirit Fingers comic’s visual on its readers by the characters’ depiction, experssions and color tones
