Abstract
Social media is now used to promote products rather than interact with individuals. Marketers can more effectively explain products to consumers over long distances by using social media. Instagram is a social media platform that is widely used as a promotional medium that can be used in place of traditional promotional media. Of course, this role requires a user-attractive promotional strategy. Storytelling is a popular digital marketing promotional strategy that entails the creation of exciting stories and feeds that explain the products being marketed. The purpose of this study is to determine how effective Instagram storytelling is at conveying product or service information to consumers. This study takes a descriptive approach, and the data is analyzed using Instagram insight data, specifically interactions, impressions, reach, and profile visits. According to the findings of the data analysis, promotions based on stories or storytelling can increase the number of Instagram reach, impressions, and interactions. Berkat, Omah. This study found that account owners can use social media to make promotions easier and more effective by using storytelling. To pique the interest of the target market, storytelling must provide exciting information.
