Abstract

Survey of 30 stomach and/or gut contents ofthe tive species of Siphlophis Fitzinger, 1843 revea1ed predominance of mostly diurna1 species of lizards. Remains of nocturnal prey and snakes were also found. For the tirst time, one trog and one bat are recorded as preys of one species (S. cervinus Laurenti, 1768). Predation on mollusks and birds is not contirmed herein.
