Pengaruh profesionalisme dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of professionalism and organizational climate on employee performance. This research was conducted at Wijaya Kusuma University Surabaya with a population of 75 non-educational employees with a sample of 50 employees. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are 1) Professionalism has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, 2) Organizational climate has a significant and positive effect on employee performance.
