Abstract
This paper aims to improve the satisfaction and user experience of consumer clothing customization based on the functional requirements and weights of consumers for the clothing customization platform. First, the user journey map is used to analyze the process of consumers in the clothing customization platform, and summarize the pain points and needs. Second, the Kano model is used to categorize and rank user needs. By translating user needs into methods to improve the platform development, corresponding methods are obtained, such as strengthening the application of 3D digital technology and upgrading the online design service system. Finally, the development of the consumer clothing customization platform optimization is designed by the user’s need, to provide references for the optimization of the clothing customization platform. © 2022 SPIE.
