Abstract
Financial literacy is a crucial skill for individuals, particularly students, as they transition into managing their finances independently. This literature review aims to explore the role of financial literacy in students' financial management, focusing on key dimensions such as basic financial knowledge, savings and loans, insurance, and investment. The review also highlights the significant contributions of technology and education in enhancing financial literacy. Findings reveal that although students possess adequate theoretical knowledge of financial management, practical application remains limited. Moreover, challenges such as low engagement in formal financial products, limited awareness of insurance benefits, and hesitation toward investment activities persist. The integration of technology and education, particularly through practical learning approaches and accessible financial tools, can help address these issues. This study underscores the importance of targeted interventions to improve students' financial literacy and recommends further exploration of the demographic and behavioral factors influencing financial literacy levels. Keywords—Financial literacy, financial management, financial planning
