Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan : 1) menguji pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai PT Telkomsel Area IV Makassar, 2) menguji pengaruh pemberdayaan pegawai terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai PT Telkomsel Area IV Makassar dan 3)  menguji pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai PT Telkomsel Area IV Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan saintific untuk menguji pembenaran hipotesis yang diajukan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan  kuesioner  yang  didistribusikan  secara  langsung kepada pegawai PT Telkomsel Area IV Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai lantai 4 PT Telkomsel Area IV Pamasuka Makassar sebanyak 60 pegawai. Sementara itu, teknik pengambilan   sampel   dalam   penelitian   ini   adalah   sampel jenuh karena semua populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu 60 responden. Analisis data dengan pendekatan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa : 1) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai PT Telkomsel Area IV Makassar, 2) pemberdayaan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai PT Telkomsel Area IV Makassar dan 3)  pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai PT Telkomsel Area IV Makassar    This research aims: 1) testing compensation on job satisfaction of employees of PT Telkomsel Area IV Makassar, 2) testing the effect of employee compensation on job satisfaction of employees of PT Telkomsel Area IV Makassar, 3) testing the effect of training on job satisfaction of employees of PT Telkomsel Area IV Makassar. This research approach uses a scientific approach to test the justification of the proposed hypothesis. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire which was distributed directly to employees PT Telkomsel Area IV Makassar. The population in this study were employees of the fourth floor of PT Telkomsel Area IV Pamuka Makassar as many as 60 employees. Meanwhile, the sampling technique in this study was saturated sample because all the population all the population was sampled, namely 60 respondents. Data analysis with multiple liner regression approach. The results of the study found that : 1) compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Telkomsel Area IV Makassar, 2) employee emprowerment had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Telkomsel Area IV Makassar, 3) training had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Telkomsel Area IV Makassar
