Adult Wilms tumor with intracaval and intracardiac extension: Report of a case and review of literature

Abstract

Wilms tumor (WT) occurs infrequently in adults. Even rarer is adult WT with extension by direct intravascular spread into the right side of the heart. The present report describes a partially differentiated WT with intracaval and intracardiac extension in a 54-year-old man. The morphologic and immunohistochemical findings confirmed the diagnosis. © Ivyspring International Publisher.
