Abstract

In light of the different contexts and transitions in the lives of young people, this article analyzes the vulnerabilities of the group of young people not in education, employment or training (NEETs) based on empirical data produced with young people in Recife. The article discusses how the recognition of different vulnerabilities of this target group can contribute to the formulation of public policies that are more appropriate for their needs.
