Pre assessment was done for Reaction Time using Ruler Dropping Test (RDT) Material used was wooden ruler. Further the study was conducted for 4 weeks followed by post assessment after 4 weeks. Statistical analysis was done using paired t test and unpaired t test and conclusion was drawn. Results: Post intervention, it was seen that there was significant improvement in Reaction Time in terms of RDT Test, for players of Group A but not in Group B. However, Group B did not show any significant result. Between the group comparison showed a significant difference in the test i.e Ruler Dropping Test with a p value of <0.0001.
