Abstract

Focusing on company culture, leadership style, job satisfaction, training opportunities, and work-life balance, this article looks at the factors influencing employee performance. Using these components, it looks at the relationships among demographic factors—age, gender, tenure. Combining ideas from Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and Herzberg's Two- Factor Theory, the studies reveal a whole picture of motivating elements and performance enhancement. It emphasizes the need of good leadership, motivating surrounds of work, and continuous professional development. The study also covers problems including stress, burnout, and inadequate resources by way of properly written guidelines and treatments. The study provides relevant information to legislators and human resource managers by use of statistical tools including correlation analysis and regression study. The outcomes underscore the need of tailored planning that fits both personal and business goals. The study contributes to the larger general discussion on environmentally friendly HR practices, employee welfare, and business fairness. Emphasizing health, empowerment, and lifetime learning, it challenges a strategic assessment of accepted management practices. Employee performance is a dynamic process influenced by organizational, personal, and outside elements calling for a proactive combined approach to human resource management.
