Abstract

Of all that God created, humans alone were given life by God’s own breath. Therefore, the foundation of imago Dei, creation in the image of God by the breath of God’s Spirit, should shape our general approach toward managing people and our specific human resource management practices. A holistic approach to human resource management that adopts a balance of theological perspectives of imago Dei effectively supports an organization.
