Abstract
The development of highly efficient and stable anode catalysts is one of the great challenges for seawater splitting. In the June issue of Journal of the American Chemical Society, Cao's group reported novel NiIr-layered double hydroxides as efficient and stable anode catalysts at industrial current for seawater splitting.
