Abstract

The purpose of this paper is analyzing the crucial play in carrying out enterprise competency within the enterprise. This study uses the method of case study and has directed the survey on Chika Food Industry (ChFI). It is anticipated through the case study of this company that it will be possible to implement the finding of enablers concluded by other papers, thus showing the inter-relationship between organizational management and information technology management perspectives. © IFIP International Federation for Information Processing 2014.
