Abstract
A case of secondary syphilis presenting in the infrequently seen pustular form is presented, and the various types of pustular syphilis are described. Considering the many different forms that secondary syphilis may take, we must be aware of the unusual and less frequently seen manifestations of this disease and make use of serological and dark-field examinations in all cases with possibly syphilitic skin lesions.
