Abstract

Vicinal diaminoporphyrazine 2a obtained by deselenation of hexa(4-tert-butylphenyl)-1,2,5-selenadiazoloporphyrazinatomagnesium(II) 1a was oxidized with air oxygen to seco-porphyrazinedicarboxamide 3a which upon acid treatment is converted to 2-oxy-4-aminopyraziniporphyrazine 4b - porphyrazine analogue containing pyrazine in place of one pyrrole ring. © ISUCT Publishing.
