Abstract

A 71 year old woman underwent quadruple CABG. The diagnosis of left subclavian artery (LSA) stenosis was made during the clinical evaluation. Left mammarian artery (LIMA) as a branch of LSA was used as a vascular conduit during the operation, therefore PTA of LSA for prevention of coronary subclavian steal syndrome (CSSS) was planned.
