Identité sociale et capacité pour un sujet en quête de reconnaissance

Abstract

La question de l’identité sociale est étroitement liée à la capacité qu’a le sujet de réaliser ses projets. Nous développerons le système capacitaire qui intègre à la fois le contexte expérientiel et des régulations affectivo-cognitives qui activent la dynamique identitaire Costalat-Founeau (2005, 2008). Cette approche sera illustrée à partir de la présentation du cas d’une infirmière en situation de changement professionnel (Guillen, 2004). L’exploration ego-écologique à partir de l’IMIS (Zavalloni & Louis-Guérin, 1984) permet de révéler des phases identitaires d’acuité (favorables à l’émergence du projet) ou, à l’opposé, de diffusion représentationnelle où le sujet est davantage soumis aux facteurs situationnels et émotionnels.Social identity is closely linked to the subject’s ability to achieve plans. We will develop this capacity system, which refers simultaneously to events and context on the one hand, and to cognitive and affective regulations that set the identity dynamics (Costalat-Founeau 2005-2008) on the other hand. As an illustration, we shall use the example of a female nurse in a situation of professional change (Guillen 2004). The ego-ecological exploration with the help of IMIS (Zavalloni & Louis-Guérin, 2005) is a way of revealing different identity stages of acuteness (helpful in sketching the plan), but it also shows how the subject’s representations come to be blurred under the effect of situational and emotional factors.
