Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze employee performance appraisals using the Daily Activities Report (DAR) model which can be used by agencies to evaluate employee performance appraisals and as input to decision makers for determining achievements and sanctions against employees, minimizing the occurrence of appraisals. Which is subjective. Research data were collected from primary sources (research informants) using interview techniques, conducting expert judgment on experts, both practitioners and academics. Determination of key informants in the study using purposive sampling method with the criteria of having knowledge about employee performance, having competence in HR or IT. The collected data were validated by triangulation. The results of the research in the form of a performance appraisal model using the Daily Activities Report (DAR) model can be accepted and used.
