Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of teamwork, supervisor support, and career development on the work motivation of Generation Z employees from the perspective of Islamic business ethics. Field observations indicate that employee motivation may decline due to limited managerial support and lack of career development opportunities. The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach with 115 respondents selected through purposive sampling and analyzed using SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that, partially, only teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. In contrast, supervisor support and career development show no significant influence. However, collectively, these three variables contribute 45.6% to employee motivation. From an Islamic business perspective, work motivation is not solely seen as a drive for productivity but also as an act of worship. Therefore, applying values such as justice, responsibility, and mutual assistance is essential in fostering a supportive work environment. This research is expected to serve as a foundation for developing HR management strategies aligned with Generation Z characteristics and Islamic values.
