Abstract

The learning process in school tends to be dominated by the educator, the learners' learning outcomes are still low, the lack of motivation of learners in learning mathematics. One effort to overcome that is by using LKPD on the learning model of quantum learning. The purpose of this study is what to determine the results of learning mathematics learners using LKPD paada learning model of quantum learning is better than without using LKPD on learning model of quantum learning in class X SMKN 3 Solok city. This type of research is a quasi experiment using Randomized Control Group Only Design design. The population in this study were students of class X SMKN 3 Solok city registered in the academic year 2017/2018. The way of sampling is done by cluster random sampling technique. The sample in this research was class X TBO 2 as experiment class with 30 students and XTBO 1 as control class with 30 students. Data analysis technique used is test of equation of two mean that is z test. From the calculation obtained zhitung = 4.15 and ztabel = 1.67 this shows that zhitung > ztabel HI hypothesis accepted at 95% confidence level. It can be concluded that the results of learning mathematics learners who use LKPD on quantum learning model learning is better than using the learning model of quantum learning without LKPD.
