The chemoenzymatic synthesis of feruloylated arabino-oligosaccharides has been achieved, using a feruloyl esterase type C from Sporotrichum thermophile (StFaeC). The structure of the feruloylated products was confirmed by ESI-MSn. © 2007 by MDPI.
