La inteligencia artificial en los marcadores tumorales

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to make a literary review about tumor markers (TM) and how they can be treated using artificial intelligence techniques. MTs are composed of molecules that may be in high quantities and that manifest as the patient's reaction to the tumor. The usefulness of MTs is determined by the sensitivity and specificity of each of them. The purpose of this review is to review the tumor markers most used in clinical practice and artificial intelligence to discover knowledge that helps improve decision-making for the health of patients.El presente articulo tiene como propósito hacer una revisión literaria acerca de los marcadores tumorales (MT) y como pueden ser tratados mediante técnicas de inteligencia artificial. Los MT están compuestos de moléculas que pueden estar en cantidad elevada y que se manifiesta como reacción del paciente ante el tumor. La utilidad de los MT se determina por la sensibilidad y especificidad de cada uno de ellos. El propósito de esta revisión es hacer un repaso de los marcadores tumorales más utilizados en la práctica clínica y de la inteligencia artificial para descubrir conocimientos que ayuden a mejorar la toma de decisiones en bien de la salud de los pacientes.
