Gratitud en la Psicología Positiva

Abstract

El trabajo analiza brevemente los desarrollos relacionados con la gratitud en el marco de la Psicología Positiva, sus definiciones, elementos, aportes teóricos y efectos. Se describen aquellos aspectos de la gratitud que requieren investigación y se proponen elementos de análisis del tema. The article presents a brief analysis of the central developments of gratitude from the point of view of Positive Psychology proposals. There are aspects of gratitude that require further investigation, which have been described here. We also suggest further analysis of the subject.
