Abstract

The Mastitis Pathogen Culture Collection contains more than 16,000 mastitis-causing bacterial isolates from milk samples taken from cow quarters and bulk tanks in a national cohort of 91 dairy farms across Canada over a period of 2 years. These isolates are linked to demographic and production data that were recorded at the mammary gland, cow, and farm levels. The Mastitis Pathogen Culture Collection contains more than 16,000 mastitis-causing bacterial isolates from milk samples taken from cow quarters and bulk tanks in a national cohort of 91 dairy farms across Canada over a period of 2 years.
